NETmc Marine offer a free video viewer package - which can operate in single of triple channel (as per above). |
To install the viewer on your PC - follow the setups below:
- Download the file from here (right click - "save as")
- run the file you have just downloaded
- you will be asked for an install password - it is "medianet"
- you then pick the version to install - 3head is the triple player, DVRi Player is best for single channel use. (3head Pro requires a license prior to install)
- follow on screen instructions - a license code is not necessary on all but the Pro - just cancel the license screen.

Tips and hints:
- If you get a black screen when the video should be playing - this could be due to either 1) you are tring to play an MPEG2 file with no codec - or 2) you PC graphics card has hardware assist enabled. If the former - download and intall an MPEG2 codec from here - - if the later, from the START button -> RUN -> dxdiag - and from the DISPLAY tab, disable DIRECTDRAW acceleration.
- If you get the licensing window poping up after a period of use - you don't have a valid license. Licenses are issued free of charge and are used by our support team to keep you informed of updates to the viewer. To get your license - please email your details to: 3headlicenses@netmcmarine.co.uk
