NETmc Marine's Overlay manager application offers an alternative - more simple way of operating your serial input overlay. If you do not have the luxury of a controlling survey package, the Overlay Manager offers many advantages over directly typing on your overlay unit's keyboard:
- Offline type-setting preview - send to video once checked
- Have 4 pages ready to swap to (e.g. regular overlay, title page, anomaly etc)
- Time / Date insertion and positioning - related to each of the 4 pages
- Save your pages to disk - lets you keep an archive or client specific overlay styles and formats
